Bridge Communities mission is to transition homeless families to self sufficiency by working with partners to provide mentoring. The impact bridge communities has had is in Chicago and they have helped connect more than 130 families to ones and hope each year.ON June 7th one of kind inspired artwork to benefit the homeless families.
