I think foster kids end up in prison because they not in the right mind set because of what they been throw. They giving up on what they want because its taking long or they not getting the results they want. so they basically giving up on themselves. They showing out. Or they just don’t got a place to go because they ran away from home or they ran away from there foster papers. A Study in Contra Costa County found that a third of children placed in foster care eventually end up homeless, and 35% are arrested while in foster care.A New York City survey found that between 25 and 50 percent of the young men in the homeless shelters were former foster care wards
