Being curious: Asking questions is the key to getting answers for you to open the door. It’s good to learn new things everyday because practicing a new skill increases the density of your myelin(nerves), or the white matter in your brain that helps improve performance on a number of tasks. Getting new ideas is good because new things is a good emotional feeling.
Exercising regularly: Your brain sends messages to your body to move. Just like your eyes are this. So, if you were forward to exercises you are training your brain to increase its function. Every time you exercise you make new brain cells. Your brain will thank you for it.
Doing something new: We get bored doing the same things which is normal. It important to try doing something new all the time because the chemicals in the brain sends messages to your nerves to receive an emotional feeling inside your body which feels amazing. For an example, trying a new sport, workout, or new foods is a curious feeling.
Train your memory: We all know how to read and write, multiple, and so on. This is called your memory.

Eat healthy
Read a book
Get enough sleep
