Our lunch room food is nasty. As a student at a Chater School in Chicago, I want food that tastes good, looks delicious, and gives us energy. So, we went to Mr.King, our principal, and asked him about the food truck and he gave us a process for bringing food trucks to our campus.
What is a food truck?
It is a truck where you can go and get different foods off of it.First, student council has to vote.
Second, staff has to vote on the terms.
Then the bill goes back to student council where they will make a school wide vote. The timeline of us getting a food truck would be 2-3 months and it would be able to park in the parking a lot so it things would be safe. The biggest thing is that no one from restorative justice can get something off the food truck.
